Hello everyone, my name is Juliana Moro and I’m delighted to be apart of the SWE board. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at UIC and this marks my second year at the university. Prior to joining UIC, I completed my Associates degree in Engineering Science from Moraine Valley Community College. Additionally, I have had the privilege of interning at Argonne for the dynamic compression sector and I’m currently interning at Syska Hennessy Group. In my free time, I love exploring my passion for cooking, and spending quality time with my boyfriend and three pets (one dog and two cats). I’m Brazilian-American and speak three languages (English, Portuguese, Spanish), I enjoy learning about different cultures and traveling when possible!
